Reporting to the Senior HR Officer- Agri GB, you will assist the Agriculture HR & Training function for the benefit of the company and its employees by supporting across all generalist activities and striving to deliver a proactive, efficient HR service to our key stakeholders.
You will be responsible for carrying out a number of duties such as ensuring timely and accurate Payroll submissions, thoroughly investigating any Payroll queries and ‘closing out’ such queries in a timely manner. You will also accurately update all relevant systems including TMS and PP. You will also be involved in various HR tasks, including supporting engagement activities by issuing employee engagement surveys – travelling to sites to ensure surveys are completed, updating noticeboards and assisting with Engagement Action Plans.
What you’ll need
The successful candidate will have previous Office / Administration experience, display excellent organisational skills and good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. Working towards a HR qualification and experience using HR databases such as PP/TMS would be desirable.
We also expect you to have a CIPD or equivalent qualification, to be IT literate – proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR databases, have full driving licence as travel between sites may be required.
