Quality Engineer
Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Quality Engineer for our prestigious manufacturing client in the Blackburn area.
Salary & Package
£35,000.00 - £45,000.00 DOE.
Bonuses.

Day Shift
Monday - Friday 08:30 – 17:00.
40-hour week.
Requirements
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015.
Maintain a quality management system.
Able to work in line with policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Create process control plans.
Perform quality assurance checks.
Raise any non-conformances, analyse the issues and put solutions in place.
Produce quality reports, product audits and environmental audits.
Attend meetings to present quality reports.
Process documentation and administration.
Have a strong understanding of health & safety.
Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
A strong understanding of IT and computer systems.
Have previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will be required to perform quality checks on products as they move through each stage of production and you will need raise any non-conformances and put solutions in place. Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001:2015 is vital, although the policies and procedures are already implemented.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment and wants to ensure quality products are being processed. This role is mainly based on the shop floor although there is an element of working in the office to produce audits and reports.
The right candidate will be process driven, be a great people person with a manufacturing background and have the experience required to support growth in a forward thinking company.
