Integration Manager

As Integration Manager, you’ll have a variety of responsibilities, and the results will benefit every colleague and every patient. From clinical and compliance accuracy to inspiring colleagues to train and develop their skills. The Role

  • Be a positive brand ambassador to support and motivate the practice teams through the integration process 
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders leading up to the acquisition completion to ensure a smooth transition
  • Be solution based for any and all issues identified
  • Work with acquisition Practice Managers to support them with the tools and skills needed in order to run a successful practice
  • Gather all documentation and information needed by the finance team to support with the completion accounts / reconciliations
  • Work with the sellers to ensure that all transitional tasks are carried out in a timely manner with no loss to services or performance
  • Implement company processes, policies and relevant documentation 
  • Arrange departmental visitors as required
  • Support with all aspects of company training, including new systems and (dental) software
  • Support with housekeeping of dental software to ensure effective diary management
  • Work with practice teams to maintain and grow NHS performance, adhering to targets / KPI’s as set out in contracts
  • Identify areas of private growth and develop a plan in line with agreed growth targets
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels and identify any recruitment needs, working with relevant stakeholders to close gaps
  • Assess team skillset and identify any training needs, coordinating any training as required 
  • Ensure adequate safety and compliance levels are upheld at all times
  • Identify any property / facility concerns and flag to the relevant stakeholders, whilst working within capital expenditure budgets
  • Liaise with operational teams on a regular basis, both before and after acquisition, to inform of practice progress
  • Arrange a deliver a high quality handover, providing up to date documentation, with BDM / relevant stakeholders
  • Revisit integrated practices once handed over, to gather any future learnings
  • Keep up to date with company strategies, including at local level, by attending training / area meetings
  • Support with any ad-hoc projects as agreed with Head of Integration
