We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Payroll Administrator who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to progress their career within in a fast-paced environment. Working from our Head office in Warwick, your valuable payroll experience and attention to detail will support you with providing an accurate service to your key stakeholders.

Whilst championing group policies and procedures, you will provide a professional and responsive payroll service, ensuring that all work is produced and validated in a timely manner. Processing new starter documentation, resolving any discrepancies in data and calculations. You will be involved in preparing and processing weekly payroll, following leaver processes to ensure final payments and documents are complete and collate and process SSP.

Our ideal candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of payroll and government legislation along with a high level of attention to detail. Knowledge of Zellis Resourcelink and Open Options time and Attendance systems would be an advantage, but training can be given. A good knowledge of working with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
