The Head of Compliance will be fully responsible for all aspects of asset compliance across the entire Bromford geography, leading us in our strategic approach and management of all asset compliance and assurance.
You will be accountable for all asset compliance matters across the business and be responsible for ensuring our customers remain safe in their homes. You will take responsibility for the development and management of all compliance strategies and policies, and ensure working practices are aligned and embedded across Bromford.
You need to be qualified to degree level, or have NEBOSH or an equivalent compliance/property related qualification, and/or a good mix of experience, skills and competences relating to asset compliance.

Your experience in previous roles could include head of asset compliance, head of asset management, compliance manager, head of estates, amongst others.
