Eastlight Community Homes is seeking an experienced and visionary individual to join our Board.
With a G1 V1 governance and financial viability rating, we are prepared to deliver on our ambitious Corporate Strategy 2024-2027 – our forward vision, co-designed with residents. To realise our plans, we’re searching for a non-executive leader who shares our purpose and embodies ambition, inclusivity, and accountability in their work and in their behaviour.
As key decision-makers, our Board Members play a vital role in upholding our values, ensuring compliance and helping to shape the strategic direction of Eastlight. We are seeking individuals with a passion for good governance, a commitment to excellence and a desire to drive positive change.
We’re looking for:
Ideal candidates will not only possess the financial and commercial acumen needed to navigate an ever-evolving landscape, but they will also be eager to join an innovative and diverse organisation with a solid financial foundation and clear vision for housing across Essex and the East.
We are particularly looking for candidates with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
• Housing related – including housing, development and regeneration, asset management and related investment; or
• Treasury related – including treasury management, commercial acumen, current and emerging funding models.
