Position: Consents Administrator

Location: Home Based with weekly attendance to the Manchester office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Salary: £23000 per annum

Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Consents Administrator at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

  • you’ll have excellent experience providing administrative support within a property team, responding to requests from residents wishing to make variations on a lease.
  • you’ll efficiently respond to requests and ensuring all procedures are followed and documented.
  • you’ll have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with proven ability to respond to all requests via letters, emails and telephone calls within in a timely manner.
  • you’ll ensure the efficient management of all electronic documents and manage payments from a variety of sources.
  • you’ll be highly organised, to include managing and coordinating a variety of administrative tasks.
  • you’ll be well versed with MS office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
