The Head of Compliance will be fully responsible for all aspects of asset compliance across the entire Bromford geography, leading us in our strategic approach and management of all asset compliance and assurance.

You will be accountable for all asset compliance matters across the business and be responsible for ensuring our customers remain safe in their homes. You will take responsibility for the development and management of all compliance strategies and policies, and ensure working practices are aligned and embedded across Bromford.

You need to be qualified to degree level, or have NEBOSH or an equivalent compliance/property related qualification, and/or a good mix of experience, skills and competences relating to asset compliance.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring legislation and best practice is fully compliant with asset compliance
  • Keeping our customers safe in their homes
  • Be the owner of asset compliance policies
  • Ensuring effective monitoring and reporting is in place to give assurance on asset compliance and health and safety matters
  • Being a member of, and providing service to, the wider senior leadership team, ensuring effective and balanced decision-making for compliance activity
  • Managing and supporting the first line of business assurance and external audit in asset compliance
  • Collaboration across the business in respect of legislation and best practice in asset compliance
  • Delivering outcomes in asset compliance that meet our strategic goals.

Your experience in previous roles could include head of asset compliance, head of asset management, compliance manager, head of estates, amongst others.
