In order to continue to best meet our customers’ needs, we are undergoing our own programme of digital transformation which includes the implementation of HubSpot marketing automation platform. As a result, we are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Lead Generation Marketing Team.
In this newly created role, the Marketing Operations Manager will take ownership of the lead management process, forming the bridge between marketing campaign managers and key stakeholders across the sales organisation. We are looking for an excellent communicator who can interact comfortably and confidently across the sales and marketing functions, ensuring lead management discipline is applied and internal SLAs are met, with customers responded to in a timely manner.
You will have experience of working with marketing automation and CRM platforms and will be instrumental in creating and embedding the new lead management process as well as working (together with IT) to set up KPI dashboards and provide regular reporting and insights.
