Kindertons Accident Management are looking for an individual, who is experienced within credit hire and accident management, to join our Recoveries team. The purpose of the role is to contact and liaise with insurers, negotiating with them to recover our outstanding monies ranging from repairs, vehicle recovery and storage, late penalty charges and VAT. In addition to any client uninsured losses which could relate to vehicle pre-accident values, loss of earnings, child seats, laptops, repair costs, policy excess.
As part of this recovery process you will be required to investigate liability disputes, building our argument against the insurer to strengthen the case and increase the percentage of money recovered, you should be resilient and able to negotiate and objection handle effectively.
This role offers remote working, with ongoing support, following a period of training here at our office, based in Crewe, Cheshire.
The successful candidate should;
· Be computer literate and confident with the use of all Microsoft suites, including excel.
· Be a confident communicator, both verbal and written. You will be liaising vie email and telephone with Insurers, Client’s, Solicitors and Repairers
· Have good negotiation skills are necessary to ensure you are obtaining the best recovery for the Customer and Kindertons
· Have the ability to organise and prioritise your day therefore excellent time management skills are required
