The post holder will oversee the implementation of the Neglect Graded Care Profile (GCP2) with agencies and practitioners across the Surrey partnership. They will drive  learning and practice improvements and a core element of the post delivering training to practitioners. The post holder will also review and adapt the implementation plan and evaluate the impact. 

The post holder will need  good skills in project management, training delivery as well as good performance and assessment skills. You will have sound experience of safeguarding children having worked for a core safeguarding agency such a social care, education, health or police
