Junior Video Producer, Fixed Term Contract 6 months 

Home Based with some occasional travel to London

About our role:  As a learning solutions organisation, we have and are rapidly changing our direction to meet the ‘new normal’ of an all-encompassing digital and blended learning portfolio. With so many reasons for our clients to upskill and learn, we have an exciting and challenging project for a Junior Video Producer, where you will support the design, capture and editing process to create engaging digital learning. This will include designing the visual interpretation based on the scripts storyboards and graphic design assets created by Stakeholders, Instructional Designers and Graphic Designers.

There will be a range of video approaches including studio capture, interviews, animation and screen captures, which will be selected based on the most appropriate medium for each topic area. Junior Producers will work in a sprint team on a variety of projects across QA’s core learning curriculum and bespoke client projects.

Here’s what’s involved:

Create and support the development of high-quality video output to engage learners across a variety of styles and topic areas

Support in the interpretation and refining of scripts and storyboards

Support on video shoots in studio and on location (typically in corporate office locations), ensuring high quality video and audio capture

Edit audio and video projects, including organising raw media, creating, and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, and music.

Good quality digital housekeeping, including maintain source content, storing and organising worked files and assets and ensuring all files are backed up at the end of each day

Work alongside, Video Producers, Graphics Designers and Instructional Designers to create quality video outputs

Filming Support (filming, lighting & audio)

Video & Graphics Editing

Project Management Support

Bring your experience:

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, focusing primarily in Premiere, After Effects & Audition

Film theory and composition

Understanding of Camera and various filming equipment
