Project Manager – Commercial Services

£36,876 to £39,782 per annum, plus excellent benefits package

37 hours per week based at Harvey road, Bilborough, Nottingham NG8 3BB

You will have excellent project management skills, with both an attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture. You will be an excellent communicator and will enjoy developing strong working relationships with both colleagues and external partners. This role will be working with a direct workforce as well as contractor workforces, and as such experience of working in a direct labour organisation is essential.

Based in the Commercial Services team, you will be working within a small and busy team focussed on the delivery of new homes, regeneration of existing stock and the provision of services to external organisations.

You will have responsibility for managing a broad range of schemes from inception to final account. An experienced project manager you will enjoy the challenge of seeing a project from beginning to end, be able to use your effective planning skills to manage multiple projects and be able to manage conflicting demands and changing priorities.  You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and you will work closely with colleagues, undertaking direct management of up to 12 number of staff and be able to develop effective relationships, working collaboratively to deliver the best results.
