Quality and Assurance Lead for Rehabilitation

We have a great Opportunity for a Quality & Assurance Lead to join Circle Rehabilitation in Birmingham.

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who can manage Quality & Assurance effectively and efficiently across the site. The post-holder will have previous experience working in a similar role in healthcare at the same level and feel comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities will include the line management of the Quality & Assurance Team, managing, delivering and monitoring robust governance processes throughout the services and to provide assurance on quality and governance internally and externally, ensuring the site is compliant with current regulatory and legislation requirements.

Contribution to the annual Quality Account will be a key part of this role.

37.5 hours Full-Time on site - Permanent Role

  • Experience at a similar level working in healthcare
  • Ability to work across the organisation at different levels
  • Experienced at interpreting and analysing governance data
  • Experienced working with Risk and Audit systems
  • Experienced at managing complaints
