Programme Manager, QA Growth Initiatives
QA LTD Flexible Location IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY 6 Month FTC
Q. Are you an experienced Programme Manager, well versed in running complex & technical programmes to deadline and within budget
A. We have an exciting, high profile opportunity to lead a number of complex, growth initiative programmes to enable our continued success as market leaders in our field.
About our role: As Programme Manager you will be supporting our Chief Marketing Officer by co-ordinating a number of high-profile growth initiatives across the Learning business. Your experience and knowledge will be vital to the success of our initiatives, working closely with Senior Stakeholders and our Exec Board.
Supporting the successful launch of a number of high profile growth initiatives, allowing them to launch on time and realise the anticipated financial benefits.
Creating robust project plans for each initiative, with interdependencies fully understood. Manage and report the weekly progress of each initiative, flagging any issues requiring attention.
Work with the leaders of each individual initiative to understand the technology plans in detail, and to help them avoid potential delays and unlock potential resource issues in advance.
Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with the communication and reporting of progress to the Executive Team.
Bring your experience:
Experience in managing large and complex technology development or implementation initiatives.
Experience in managing communications to very senior stakeholder groups
Highly skilled in project and programme management, with practical bias as opposed to an academic one.
Ability to establish strong working relationships, quickly, and across a wide range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
A bias for action, working with workstream leaders to tackle issues in advance, before they turn into major roadblocks.
Ability to communicate effectively, especially with senior stakeholders.
