Business and executive support
Do you have experience as a PA or EA, enjoy project work and being at the forefront of a busy, high-functioning human resources team? If so, this could be just the role for you.
As business and executive support, you will provide invaluable support to Bromford’s senior leadership team, enabling them to manage their time effectively to focus on delivering our services, company initiatives and programmes.
You will be the first point of contact for the HR service, and the eyes and ears of your team. You must be proactive and take ownership of requests; ensuring only relevant queries, meetings and information reach your leaders.
You will be responsible for sourcing and owning key projects, including opportunities to work toward our exciting new strategy. We want to see you take an idea, progress, and run with it, with limited direction.

If you have recently completed an apprenticeship or business degree, or have a background working as a personal assistant (PA) or executive assistant (EA), this could be a great opportunity for you.
