Business Support  Manager - London

We are searching for a Business Support Manager – London to lead our business support team and the efficient and effective operation of our London office. This is a key role supporting our ambitious growth within our dynamic and fast paced organisation.

As Business Support Manager – London you will be responsible for:

  • Support the Region, Operations Director/Regional Director
  • To direct, manage and motivate a team of two
  • Support and production of key client and operational reports
  • Financial reporting and tracking
  • Support with costing and re-costing of client contracts as required
  • Supporting in issue resolution
  • Liaison with key clients and outside agencies as deemed necessary

As a Business Support Manager – London you will have the following expertise and attributes:

  • An effective communicator with good telephone and interpersonal communication skills at all levels.
  • Able to plan and prioritise workload to ensure objectives are achieved on time.
  • Able to identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to resolve.
  • Able to attain an accurate and consistent standard of service with a high level of competence in word processing, including formal presentation of letters, reports and other documents.
  • Able to work on own initiative and be self-sufficient.
  • Computer literate with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office package and databases
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Skilled in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
  • Understanding of a contracts business is an advantage.
