An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Recruitment team at Southeastern Railway based in Tonbridge.
You will be responsible for the delivery of an efficient and trusted recruitment & selection service to Southeastern which meets the business needs, with a focus on Train Driver Recruitment.
The position will include attraction and recruitment of competent, confident, customer focused employees whilst delivering an exceptional customer and candidate experience, and supporting the wider recruitment team in the achievement of KPI’s and Diversity targets.Job Description
