Essex CRC are looking to recruit a Partnerships Officer to support the effective contract management, data reporting & analysis and productive relationships with Essex CRC/Sodexo subcontracted operational partners and with organisations that we contract to; support the business development opportunities and provide cross-functional cover support to ECRC’s HQ activities.

Job Description

Salary £23,970 per annum

37 hours per week, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, defined contribution pension scheme, company sick pay, group discount scheme.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality monitoring of partnerships & contracts performance by analysing monthly returns from partners and contractors and identifying areas for improvement.  Where problems with partnerships and contracts exist, identify the root cause and act accordingly to rectify by liaising with relevant staff.
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships in conducting review meetings and audits of all partners and contractors to monitor progress against KPIs, accuracy and timeliness of data recording, effectiveness of communications and referrals processes and how the day-to-day services are running.  Take accurate minutes of contract review meetings.
  • Work with the Performance management function to identify and develop more effective monitoring that demonstrates the specific impact of partnerships and contractors services on reducing re-offending.
  • Develop appropriate systems for producing reports and statistical information of partnership and contract performance. Provide this as required for key members of staff, Executive and Board reporting.
  • Assist the Head of Partnerships in conducting processes for supply chain refresh and commissioning of new providers, including; identifying changes to specifications through liaison with key stakeholders and evaluating previous delivery performance, issuing and processing PQQ and ISPA documentation.
