Marketing Services Manager
Fulltime, Maternity Cover, Immediate Start to mid-October

A little more about the role: Working with the Director of Marketing & Communications you will have previous line management experience to lead a team of 4 to deliver high quality and targeted marketing collateral and materials for each of our provisions. On a day to day basis, you and your team will support our Recruitment Teams, partners and Agent network with marketing materials to use in attracting students to our various pathway, undergrad and postgrad programmes.
Naturally there is a strong focus for this role on delivering within agreed deadlines.
We are a growing organisation so having experience with the above along with budget management, social media and of course Adobe programmes such as InDesign is a must.
What you’ll get up to:
Manage the Marketing Advancement & Services Team to deliver a full suite of marketing collateral. These may include: prospectuses, posters, banners, agent materials, presentations, merchandise
Manage all marketing intake support
Build and manage a deeper engagement with all Recruitment Teams
Manage incoming requests from agents, recruitment teams and the wider business and prioritise accordingly
Deliver market specific material for key target markets
Manage the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns to progress enquirers through to enrolment
Manage of photoshoots, filming days to build our image and video library (when possible)
Work closely with the Digital team on any web development projects or campaign requirements
Be a key point of contact for internal stakeholders with a responsibility for rolling out new materials and collateral developed for our Home/EU and International markets
Ensure the regular updates of all social media channels with relevant, timely and accurate information
What you’ll bring to the team:
Experience in delivery of marketing resources
Demonstrable experience of producing print and online communications
Team management experience required
Experience of working with Adobe Suite (particular emphasis on InDesign and Illustrator)
Experience of a CMS or Email platform would also be beneficial (particularly WordPress and Dotdigital)
Experience of working in the education industry required
Experience of marketing within the UK and internationally
Experience of the higher education regulation and compliance framework advantageous
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and suppliers to drive desired outcome
Experience of budget management
