ARE YOU THE ONE?
Love getting to the root of a problem, not just closing a ticket? Join our Central Support IT Operations team and help keep our people connected, productive and secure.
As our second-line IT Operations Engineer, you’ll handle service desk escalations and take ownership of day-to-day Microsoft 365, identity and device management. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll support office staff, field managers and promoters.
Bring your technical know-how, clear communication and curiosity. We’ll give you hands-on ownership and room to grow your automation and Azure skills.
London | 2 days on-site, 3 days remote
Permanent | Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

- Manage identity and Microsoft 365: handle joiners, movers and leavers, accounts, licences, MFA and access reviews across Entra ID and Microsoft 365 services.
- Keep devices running securely: deploy Windows and mobile devices with Intune and Autopilot, manage patching and asset records, and troubleshoot printers and office networks.
- Automate and improve: use PowerShell to simplify repetitive work, keep scripts in source control and contribute to rollouts, migrations and integrations.
- Support security and resilience: respond to alerts, report suspected incidents, help test recovery plans and gather ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials audit evidence.
- Share knowledge and grow: keep runbooks and support articles current, help colleagues develop and build your skills supporting Azure services and automated data flows.
