Regional Support Worker
Locations: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Rate of Pay: £15 per hour + mileage

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable female Regional Support Worker who is passionate about making a genuine difference in people’s lives while working across a range of services and environments.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, travelling between locations, and working with different individuals, while consistently delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support. As a Regional Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support across multiple locations throughout the Birmingham area. You will work alongside a variety of teams to support both adults and children with complex clinical and support needs.

The role offers a great balance of flexibility and variety, combined with the security of a contracted position and a consistent rota.

Experience & Skills of a Support Worker:

• A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential)
• Previous experience in Social Care is essential, along with the ability to adapt confidently to a variety of situations.
• Confidence and willingness to travel between services.
• A calm, adaptable approach, and the ability to learn new routines quickly.
• A reliable and flexible work ethic
• Availability to work a rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
