With the opportunity to work at both Matchday and Non-Matchday Events, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative catering facility.  

We are looking for outstanding customer focused individuals to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression. 

• Provide a friendly, welcoming and professional service to supporters, guests and visitors throughout matchday.

• Serve food, snacks and beverages efficiently, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

• Operate tills and payment systems, handling transactions accurately.

• Prepare, assemble and serve food in line with food hygiene and safety standards.

• Maintain clean, tidy and well-presented kiosk and front of house areas throughout service.

• Replenish food, drinks, packaging and other stock, ensuring availability during busy service periods.

• Assist with the set-up and preparation of kiosks and front of house areas ahead of matchday service.

• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, health and safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and licensing requirements where applicable.

• Manage customer queries and resolve any issues in a friendly and professional manner, escalating where necessary.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient matchday operation.

• Support queue management and help maintain a safe, organised and positive customer environment.

• Assist with clearing down, cleaning and closing duties following service.

• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the stadium and club positively at all times.

• Be flexible in supporting different areas of the operation as required, adapting to the changing demands of matchday.

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, catering or food service role is desirable 

• Friendly, approachable and confident when interacting with customers and supporters.

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience.

• A positive, enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a willingness to get stuck in.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, particularly during peak matchday periods.

• A reliable and punctual team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative.

• Flexible and available to work matchdays, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

• Comfortable working in a busy stadium environment with large crowds and high customer volumes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling customer orders and payments.

• Able to follow instructions and adhere to food hygiene, health and safety procedures.

• Confident operating electronic till systems, or willing to learn.

• Well organised, adaptable and able to prioritise tasks during busy service periods.

• Takes pride in maintaining clean, tidy and presentable working areas.

• A professional and approachable manner, with a smart and presentable appearance.

• Enjoys working as part of a team and contributing to a great matchday atmosphere.
