Vacuum Forming Operator

Pay: £13.71 per hour

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:45pm – 3:45am
Hours: 46 per week
Contract: 3-month temporary-to-permanent opportunity

We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Vacuum Forming Operator to join a busy manufacturing business based in Leeds 9.

No previous vacuum forming experience is required as full training will be provided. However, previous experience setting up or operating machinery is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who is looking to develop their manufacturing skills and secure a long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and learning to set up vacuum forming machinery, preparing materials for production, monitoring manufacturing processes and carrying out quality checks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, following health and safety procedures and working as part of a team to achieve production targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual and hardworking, with a keen interest in learning new skills. You must be comfortable working long shifts, able to follow instructions and have good attention to detail. Previous machinery operating experience is essential, but vacuum forming training will be provided.
