Join Sodexo as a Cleaner atRAF Odiham, helping us maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for military personnel, staff and visitors. You’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site, taking pride in creating a pleasant environment for everyone.

What you'll do:

• Carry out daily cleaning of offices, accommodation, communal areas, kitchens, toilets, showers and corridors.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop and polish floors, dust surfaces and keep all areas clean and presentable.
• Clean and sanitise washrooms, toilets, showers and frequently touched surfaces.
• Empty bins, manage waste and recycling, and replenish hygiene supplies such as soap and paper towels.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely, following health and safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns and support deep cleaning when required, maintaining high standards throughout the site.

What you bring:

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to follow instructions and complete cleaning records.
• Understanding of workplace Health & Safety practices.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role, ideally in a commercial or similar environment.
• Confident using cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals safely.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience of COSHH, manual handling, deep cleaning or working in an MOD or secure environment would be an advantage.
