Food Service Assistant

Location: Honda Motor Europe, Cain Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 1HL
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week
Working pattern: Four days across Monday to Friday, with a flexible rota and shifts of 07:00–15:30
Contract: Permanent, full time

Join Sodexo as a Food Service Assistant at Honda Motor Europe in Bracknell. You’ll support a busy café and corporate hospitality service, providing friendly, attentive service to colleagues, customers and visitors.

From serving food and refreshments to preparing VIP hospitality, you’ll take pride in the details that help each day run smoothly.

What you’ll do

• Provide friendly, professional service across the café and hospitality areas.

• Help prepare, present and serve food and refreshments.

• Prepare and set up meeting rooms and service areas for VIP hospitality.

• Keep counters, equipment and catering areas clean, tidy and stocked.

• Follow food safety, allergen, hygiene and health and safety procedures.

• Work closely with colleagues and learn other duties to support the wider site team.

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a busy corporate café and hospitality environment.

• Excellent customer service skills and an attentive, professional approach.

• Clear communication skills, including the ability to understand spoken and written English for customer service and work instructions.

• Basic computer skills.

• A positive approach to teamwork and flexibility to support different duties.

• Barista skills would be beneficial.
