Key Responsibilities

Our Breakfast Chef will:

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with kitchen standards
• Ensure a smooth and efficient breakfast service for hotel guests
• Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across all breakfast offerings
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for breakfast service
• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are always met
• Assist with stock rotation and minimise waste
• Support the wider kitchen team as required and contribute to a positive working environment

Person Specification

Our Breakfast Chef will:

• Previous experience within a professional kitchen environment, ideally preparing breakfast dishes
• Passion for food and delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work early morning shifts
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and bank holidays
