Staffright Group is recruiting Hatchery Operatives to join a busy poultry hatchery on the outskirts of Ipswich. This is a great opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals who enjoy practical work and being part of a team. No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Pay: £12.75 per hour

Paid breaks

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:45 am–2:30 pm; Friday, 5:45 am–12:00 pm

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

As a Hatchery Operative, you will support the daily running of the hatchery and help ensure that eggs and day-old ducklings are properly cared for. Your duties will include maintaining high standards of hygiene and biosecurity, supporting animal health and welfare, completing basic records and paperwork, and following health and safety procedures. You will also work as part of a team to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment and ensure the hatchery runs efficiently.
