What you’ll do:

• Carry out general housekeeping duties, including cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, showers and toilets, making beds, hoovering and mopping floors.
• Prepare laundry for collection by the laundrette, check returned items and report any missing items or discrepancies.
• Ensure cabins are fully cleaned and ready for immediate occupation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Maintain cleaning records and complete required checks, including reporting maintenance issues, defects, accidents or faulty equipment.
• Monitor cleaning supplies, replenish stock as required and ensure equipment and materials are used safely and correctly.
• Work as part of a team, support colleagues where required, maintain excellent customer service and follow all health and safety procedures, including wearing the appropriate uniform and PPE.

What you bring:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Experience working within a military environment is desirable.
