We’re looking for a reliable Weekend Cleaning Operative to join our team at Town Moor Approved Premises in Doncaster. Your attention to detail will help create a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents, colleagues and visitors.

Approved Premises provide accommodation and support for people leaving prison who are being supervised in the community. You’ll work within this setting, treating everyone with dignity and respect while maintaining professional boundaries.

What you’ll do

• Clean communal areas, offices, bathrooms and other designated spaces to a high standard.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and sanitise surfaces using the appropriate products and equipment.
• Replenish supplies and dispose of waste safely.
• Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene standards and health and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards or concerns to your manager.
• Work respectfully around residents and colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries.

What you’ll bring

• A reliable approach and good attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a respectful, professional manner.
• An understanding of safe working practices and a willingness to follow site procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience would be helpful, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
