We're looking for a Technical Lead – CRM & Digital Platforms to join our Business Applications team. Reporting to the Applications Engineering Manager, you'll be the principal technical authority for A2Dominion's CRM and digital platforms, leading the delivery, development, support and continuous improvement of our Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Pages estate.

This is a key role within our technology function, responsible for ensuring that customer-critical platforms operate effectively, meet organisational and regulatory requirements, and continue to evolve to support both customer and colleague experiences across the Group

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and ownership for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Pages and associated digital platforms.
  • Act as the lead technical authority for CRM and digital platforms, defining technical standards, engineering approaches and platform roadmaps.
  • Lead the development, configuration, optimisation and support of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Oversee the design, development and ongoing management of customer-facing digital platforms, ensuring secure, accessible and high-performing user experiences.
  • Lead complex incident resolution, root-cause analysis and technical problem management activities.
  • Ensure integrations, APIs, connectors and data flows are secure, scalable, resilient and appropriately monitored.
  • Establish strong governance, controls and standards across platform environments, data management, access controls and lifecycle management.
  • Oversee release management, upgrades, deployments and platform engineering practices.
  • Work closely with Architects, Product Owners and Technology teams to shape technical solutions and support strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement, platform optimisation and reduction of technical debt.
  • Manage technical relationships with Microsoft, implementation partners and third-party suppliers.

More About You

  • Degree-level qualification, or equivalent professional experience, in IT, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
  • Experience delivering CRM integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, connectors and modern integration approaches.
  • Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, automation and emerging AI capabilities.
  • Microsoft certifications relating to Power Pages, Solution Architecture or Application Development would be advantageous.
  • Experience within Social Housing, Local Government, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with NEC Housing systems, wider NEC solutions and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Dynamics CE) is highly desirable.
