Pay: £16.45 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, working 5 days
Shift pattern: 07:00–15:30
Contract: Permanent, full time

With early starts and afternoon finishes, this is an opportunity to develop your kitchen skills while enjoying the benefits of working at a corporate site.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard.

• Manage your section, ensuring food is ready on time for service.

• Support the wider kitchen team with preparation and day-to-day service.

• Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.

• Help manage stock, rotate ingredients and minimise food waste.

• Keep your work area clean, organised and safe.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience working in a professional kitchen.

• A passion for food and pride in the dishes you prepare.

• Good organisation and the ability to work effectively during busy services.

• An understanding of food hygiene and safe working practices.

• A positive, reliable approach and good teamwork skills.

• A valid driving licence.
