• Business Support Manager
• Salary is £38,000 to £42,000, Dependant on Experience
• 37.5 Hours Per Week

• This is a Hybrid role in the London area with the office in Hemel Hampstead

Are you an organised and proactive business support professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys working across multiple business functions? We are looking for an experienced Business Support Managerto provide high level support to our Chief Operating Officers and wider leadership team, playing a key role in the smooth running of our growing healthcare business.

This is a varied and rewarding position suited to someone with a strong background in business support, executive administration, project coordination, bids and tenders, compliance, and stakeholder management.You will be confident managing competing priorities, coordinating senior leadership and board activities, supporting quality and health and safety processes, overseeing framework renewals, and producing high quality business documentation.With exceptional attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work independently, you will act as a trusted central point of coordination across the organisation, helping to drive operational excellence and support strategic business objectives.

What You'll Do:

• Support the Chief Operating Officers with significant projects
• Support the preparation, formatting and submission of tender and bid responses using standard templates and procurement portals.
• Coordinate Health and Safety, Quality Management and compliance activities, including meeting organisation, minute taking and document control.
• Coordinate Senior Leadership Team, Management Review and Board meetings, including preparation of papers and supporting documentation.
• Oversee onboarding of new employees
• Support marketing and communications activities, including event coordination, website updates, presentations and branded materials.
• Prepare, format and quality check business reports, proposals and other key documentation.
• Coordinate framework renewals, compliance submissions and business governance requirements, ensuring all documentation is completed within agreed timescales.
• Manage the out source IT relationships

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, experience in a busy environment.
• Experience of being proactive and reactive
• Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to coordinate workloads
• Good IT skills with the ability to produce excel spreadsheets, including excellent MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to prioritise own workload and work to strict deadlines
• A flexible “can do” attitude is required for this role.
• Self starter and self motivated with ability to prioritise and schedule work under conflicting pressures
• Previous experience using SharePoint
