Key Responsibilities

Our Chef de Partie will:

• Take responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Organise and manage daily preparation and service within your area
• Support, coach and develop Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs
• Ensure excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen compliance
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency and portion control throughout service
• Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation processes
• Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Contribute ideas and creativity to menus, dishes and ways of working
• Support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food

Person Specification

You'll be an experienced Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up, with a passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest culinary standards. You'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or as a Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
• Confidence running a section within a quality hospitality environment
• Strong culinary skills and excellent attention to detail
• Enjoyment in supporting and developing junior team members
• Organisation and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality and continuous improvement
• An eagerness to progress your culinary career within a supportive environment
