Paragon Resource Solutions are currently working in partnership with a reputable Property Services contractor who are recruiting for 2 x full time Multi-Trades on their reactive maintenance and voids programme covering a 30 mile radius of the SG19 area including areas such as Milton Keynes, Bedford and Hatfield.

Company vehicle provided.
£16 per hour PAYE based on a 45 hour week lunch paid. £37,440 per annum.
7.30am - 4.30pm

Main responsibilities -
- To be responsible for carrying out various upgrade and repair works on domestic social housing properties.
- To assess and carry out all works efficiently and effectively.
- To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a
high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.
- To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner.

In this role you will have the following duties:

-Plastering
-Dry-lining
-Painting & decorating
-Carpentry / skirting / floorboard repairs / fitting of internal doors

Full driving license required (no more than 6 points).

Please note you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work.
