We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Bartender to join the team at Annabel’s, the iconic private members’ club at 46 Berkeley Square and part of The Birley Clubs.

Annabel’s covers 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar lounge. Our team of world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists create an outstanding array of menus, cocktails and wine lists. Expertly sourced seasonal ingredients, wines and spirits are brought together using traditional and innovative techniques to create truly unique dining and drinking experiences.

As a Bartender, you will bring flair, charisma and charm to every interaction, delivering the highest standards of service to our Members. You will have a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong desire to develop your knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine and food. With a focus on precision, creativity and attention to detail, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional experiences for which Annabel’s is renowned.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience as a Bartender within a high-profile destination bar, restaurant, hotel or private members’ club
• Have a genuine passion for cocktails, with the confidence to prepare, recommend and serve a range of classic and contemporary drinks
• Have a strong interest in developing their knowledge of spirits, wine and food
• Are attentive, intuitive and proactive, with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of our Members
• Take pride in delivering consistently high standards of service and presentation
• Are confident and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships with Members
• Are excellent team players with exceptional communication skills
• Are passionate about developing their career within a premium hospitality environment
