Staff for Education are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school on a full-time basis in Warsop. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality lessons and helping pupils develop their knowledge, confidence, and independence throughout Key Stage 2. This position is to start in January 2027 and finish in July 2027.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and the ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences that challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
The Role
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Year 4 curriculum
• Supporting pupils in developing their reading, writing, maths, and wider curriculum skills
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Encouraging pupils to become confident, independent, and enthusiastic learners
• Promoting high standards of behaviour and achievement
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents/carers
In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
• Have QTS or other recognised teaching qualification
• Be confident in the KS2 curriculum
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
• Have a passion for working with young people
