At Sodexo, we’re looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team at Trinity Bridge House. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment, carrying out a variety of cleaning, maintenance support and porter duties across the building.

Working closely with the Sodexo team and HMRC personnel, you’ll help ensure the site runs smoothly while providing a friendly, professional service to customers and visitors. If you’re a hands-on team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys a varied role, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

• Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas at Trinity Bridge House, ensuring all daily, weekly, quarterly and annual tasks meet the required Service Level Agreement standards.
• Set up meeting rooms, coffee stations, working lunches and refreshments, respond to hospitality requests, and assist with mailroom, reception and furniture-moving duties as required.
• Safely use cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals following appropriate training, maintain clean and tidy storage areas, wear the correct uniform and PPE, and follow all Health and Safety, COSHH and site security procedures.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and customer complaints promptly, and ensure reactive tasks are completed within agreed response times.
• Deliver excellent customer service, participate in training and team meetings, complete relevant paperwork, support colleagues with additional hours when required, and undertake other reasonable duties as directed by management.

What you bring:

• Be prepared to work both indoors and outdoors, as required by the role.
• Follow all Health and Safety procedures, guidelines and relevant quality standards at all times.
• Understand the required standards and expected outcomes for each task and ensure work is completed accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the team in achieving its objectives and service delivery goals.
• Maintain consistent quality standards and follow all relevant procedures to ensure work is completed safely and effectively.
