You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experienced colleagues and develop the skills and confidence to support others on their fitness journeys.

You don't need to know everything from day one, just bring your enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

What you'll do

• Learn how to support the day-to-day running of a fitness and wellbeing facility
• Help create a welcoming and friendly environment for members and visitors
• Support members with their enquiries and help them make the most of the facilities
• Work alongside experienced colleagues to develop your knowledge of health, fitness and wellbeing
• Learn about safe working practices and the importance of Health & Safety
• Develop your communication, customer service and teamwork skills
• Help maintain a clean, tidy and safe fitness environment
• Complete your apprenticeship training and put your new knowledge into practice
• Build your confidence, take on new challenges and discover opportunities to progress your career
