We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Commis Chef to join our award-winning brigade. Working alongside some of the industry's most talented chefs, you'll play an important role in supporting the kitchen team, developing your culinary skills and contributing to exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

Our Commis Chef will:

• Support the senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of exceptional dishes
• Learn and develop the skills required to work within a Michelin-starred kitchen environment
• Prepare ingredients and assist with mise en place to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and COSHH procedures and standards
• Take pride in your section and support the wider brigade during service
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and minimising food waste
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to culinary excellence

Person Specification

You'll be a passionate and motivated chef with a genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to build a successful career within fine dining. You'll bring:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, either as a Commis Chef, Apprentice Chef or Kitchen Assistant ideallywithin a quality fine dining or luxury hospitality kitchen with experience working at Michelin star or multi rosette level.
• A strong passion for food, exceptional ingredients and culinary excellence
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced chefs
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to remain organised and focused in a busy kitchen environment
• A commitment to personal development and building a long-term culinary career
