Facilities Administrator – Maternity Cover

Location: Diageo HQ, Glasgow
Pay: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract, maternity cover

Join Sodexo as a Facilities Administrator supporting our team at Diageo HQ in Glasgow. You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support, helping colleagues stay organised and ensuring information is accurate, accessible and up to date.

If you have strong organisational skills, a helpful approach and an eye for detail, this is an opportunity to contribute to a professional facilities team.

What you’ll do

• Provide administrative support to the facilities team and Hub Team Lead.

• Maintain accurate records, documents and spreadsheets.

• Respond professionally to queries, directing requests to the appropriate colleagues.

• Help coordinate day-to-day tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.

• Support clear communication between colleagues and site contacts.

• Handle information confidentially and follow company procedures.
