The Recruitment and Onboarding Team are offering a 12‑month secondment/fixed‑term opportunity as a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer.

In this role, you’ll support high‑quality, compliant recruitment by reviewing adverts, advising hiring managers, and responding to queries.You’ll work closely with managers to understand their needs and help design effective, inclusive assessment and selection approaches.

You’ll also lead and develop a team, contribute to improvement projects, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as community organisations, schools, and the Job Shop—supporting our aim to build a workforce that reflects our communities.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds.You may have recruitment or people services experience, or transferable skills in coordination, customer service, stakeholder engagement, people support, or team coaching.What matters most is your commitment to inclusion, strong relationship‑building skills, and enthusiasm for delivering a high‑quality, values‑led service.

You should enjoy working with people, feel confident engaging and influencing a range of stakeholders, and bring strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload. An interest in using data and feedback to improve processes is also important.We’re looking for someone motivated by coaching and developing others, and passionate about championing diversity, equity and inclusion.
