Staff for Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Southwell. We are looking for passionate teachers who are seeking flexible teaching opportunities, whether you are looking for regular supply work, short-term placements, or longer-term roles.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils’ learning while gaining experience in a variety of school environments.

The Role
• Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
• Working across different year groups, from EYFS through to KS2
• Following school lesson plans and adapting activities where required
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Managing pupil behaviour in line with school expectations
• Supporting pupils’ learning and development
• Building positive relationships with pupils and school staff

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting
• A good understanding of the National Curriculum
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to quickly adapt to different school environments
• A flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• A passion for supporting children’s education and development
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
