Position Overview:

West Court Retreat is dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional dining and hospitality experience in a serene and welcoming environment. As part of our Waiting Staff team, you will play a key role in ensuring guests feel valued, comfortable, and well cared for throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly.
• Provide recommendations when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks in accordance with service standards.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to requests.

Operational Duties

• Set up dining areas, including arranging tables, cutlery, glassware, and décor.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the service period.
• Assist in opening and closing duties such as restocking, polishing, and resetting the dining room.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely, accurate order delivery.

Standards & Compliance

• Follow West Court Retreat’s service standards and brand values.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety policies are adhered to at all times.
• Handle payments accurately using the retreat’s POS system.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality environment or customer service is essential.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused manner.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Good attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service.
