Food Service Assistant

Location: Diageo Leven, Banbeath Industrial Estate, Leven, Fife
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week
Working pattern: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00–12:00; Monday, 07:00–14:00
Contract: Permanent, part time

Join Sodexo as a Food Service Assistant at Diageo Leven, where you’ll help deliver a welcoming catering service. From preparing and serving food to keeping service areas clean and ready for customers, your contribution will help each shift run smoothly.

If you have catering experience, enjoy working with others and can use your initiative, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Assist with preparing and serving food and refreshments.

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service.

• Keep food displays and service areas stocked, tidy and well presented.

• Clean catering areas, equipment and utensils to maintain high hygiene standards.

• Follow food safety, allergen and health and safety procedures.

• Work closely with your colleagues and take initiative to complete day-to-day tasks.

What you bring

• Previous catering experience.

• A helpful, customer-focused approach.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• The ability to work independently and use your initiative.

• A reliable approach and attention to cleanliness and food presentation.

You will be required to complete the Diageo Leven site induction.
