Join Sodexo as a Steward and play an important role in supporting military personnel on a Ministry of Defence site. You’ll help deliver a welcoming, efficient dining experience while being part of a friendly team where your contribution makes a real difference every day.

What you'll do:

• Prepare café, dining and meeting areas so everything is ready for customers and service runs smoothly.
• Serve food and drinks, replenish displays and food stations, and keep everything well-presented throughout service.
• Provide friendly, professional and welcoming service to customers across the café, retail and dining areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety across workstations, equipment and customer areas.
• Support special events, meetings and functions, ensuring everything is prepared and runs smoothly.
• Work closely with colleagues to deliver an efficient service and a great customer experience.

What you bring:

• Bring a positive attitude and friendly approach to every shift.
• Communicate confidently and treat customers and colleagues with respect.
• No previous hospitality or food service experience is required — full training will be provided.
• Be reliable, flexible and willing to learn new skills.
• Thrive in a busy environment and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
