McCarthy & Stone are recruiting a professional Care Supervisor to jointheteam at ourprestigiousCampbell house developmentinWeybridge, Surrey.

Hourly rate: £16.78per hour for day shifts and £13.03 SLEEPING night shifts per hour. Plus receive an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday

Hours: 33 per week (includes a mix of day shifts and sleeping night shifts)

Our day shifts vary between 08:45 and 16:30 or between 16:15 to 09:30.  

Our night shifts are from 21:30 to 09:00am  

Our Care Supervisors sleep between 23:00pm and 07:00am providing emergency support only to our homeowners throughout that period. 

Built in 2020, Campbell Houseis a Retirement Living Plus development that consists of 43apartments with the over 70's in mind, providing excellent on-site facilities andset within beautiful grounds.

About you:

• You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
• You will want to work in the Health and Social care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, although consideration will be given to a candidate with an alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
• Keen to take on the responsibility of managing the security of the development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of the homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
• Able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that help strengthen the community spirit within the development.
• Driven to continue to grow their skills and will want to lead by example and think on their feet.
• Able to make a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.
