Staff for Education are recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming primary schools in Nottingham starting as soon as possible.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, graduates, and individuals looking to develop their experience within education. Whether you're looking for regular supply work, flexible hours around other commitments, or the opportunity to secure a longer-term position, we can help you find the right role.

You could work across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, supporting pupils and teachers in a variety of classroom environments.

The Role
• Supporting teachers with the delivery of engaging learning activities
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required
• Supporting pupils with their reading, writing, maths, and wider curriculum learning
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and personal development
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where appropriate
• Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
• Working effectively with teachers and wider school staff

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:
• A recognised Teaching Assistant qualification and/or experience working with children or young people
• A genuine interest in supporting children's education and development
• A patient, caring, and encouraging approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different school environments
