Your role

The Proteins Shift Leader should ensure the manufacture of quality products which meets production needs and Customer Specification and achieves profit and performance targets. Driving continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems. Enhancing the group, mission vision and values.

What you’ll need

Essential Criteria:

  • Good standard of education.
  • Be able to work shifts.
  • Numerate.
  • Understanding of targets and KPI reporting.
  • Computer Literate
  • Good Organisational Skills.
  • Leadership/ Supervisory experience within a Food manufacturing environment.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to use own initiative
  • Flexibility with hours and area cover.

Desirable Criteria:

  • NVQ level 4
  • 3rd Level Qualification
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
  • Modern apprenticeship.
  • FMCG experience.
