The successful applicant will be required to operate as a security officer and carry out tasks as requested by senior members of security. They will need to be able to operate individually on own initiative but also be able to operate as part of a security team.



The Deputy Security Shift leader will cover Security Shift Leader absence and act as the responsible person for a nominated team of security officers, must be able to engage staff, make decisions and have a good level of communication skills.



Shift Leader's work a 4 on 4 off rotational cycle shift system. Four 12 hour days then four days off, four 12 hour nightshifts then four days off. Dayshifts 07.00am-19.00pm. Nightshifts 19.00pm-07.00am.

Deputy Security Shift Leaders will work the same 12 hour shift pattern comprising 4 shifts on 4 shifts off rotating days and nights.



Those successful may be required to undertake Security Industry authority training and any other training as determined by Security Management.



Previous experience in the security industry advantageous. Applicant will be required to possess a full drivers license as, use of a company vehicle to visit satellite sites out of hours, is a requirement. Current SIA license, also an advantage.
